The paper deals with a portion of the research activities the goal of which is to develop a methodology that solves the problem of the RT level testability analysis in a complex way. A new model of RT level elements classification for the purposes of the RT level testability analysis is described. The classification is based on the evaluation of a possible role of elements in the test application process and their controllability/observability from primary inputs or from other elements.
