Abstract
This paper presents the Predictive direct stator flux control (PDSFC) algorithm and its functionality above the nominal speed for sensorless AC induction machine control. The field weakening must be used to operate in that range since the voltage limitation is reached. The simple extension of PDSFC algorithm enables to include this feature.
