BSC (Balanced Scorecard), economy, financial analysis
The main goal of the paper and the advantage of our approach is complex look on business through "online" monitoring and evaluation all important data sources (models, tools or even documentation in a predefined data format, e.g. XML or CSV) followed by import data into final eBSC model.
This paper presents the new extended Balanced Scorecard model (eBSC) for a complex performance analysis and management (firm´s health). In general, BSC is a performance measurement system that maps an organization´s strategic objectives into performance metrics working from four perspectives: financial, internal processes, customers, and learning and growth. The model that we propose in this paper tries to improve the traditional model / approach (BSC) and it represents "ideal solution" for strategic planning and management process. The typical approach is based only on "offline" analysis input data (concrete data must be fill-in by a non-automated way, or mostly by this way because of nonexistent any universal tool for data transfer from different resources) without any "online" interconnection with another systems or tools that a firm use (automated import/export data from/into another systems and tools). Typically, we use variety of accounting systems for asset, wages, personal administration, invoicing and stock holding, systems for financial and marketing analysis - competition analysis in order to comparison with our business and actual position etc.
