This submission  describes how we can use a technique of Petri Nets to model and control of project cycle and its all parties - projects of different orientation, extent, duration, etc.

This submission presents a new approach of Petri Nets using to processes modelling of project management and subsequently to generalization of modelling abilities of Petri nets.
