Abstract

This submission describes how we can use the PMBOK standard (Project Management Body of Knowledge) with combination of a general process approach to model and control of software project life cycle.

Annotation

This submission presents a new unified approach to processes modelling of software project management. The main purpose of this article is to simplify a whole software project realization by way of philosophy and methodology of the PMBOK.
