PROJECT, QUALITY, PROCESS, PRODUCT, QUALITY PLANNING, QUALITY ENSURING, OPERATING QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The success of a project depends to a large extent on the quality of its management. The knowledge sphere engaging in this subject is known as "The Quality Management in a Project's Framework". It covers 3 basic processes: Quality Planning - specifying the standards relevant to a project and setting the ways to meet them; Quality Ensuring - regular assessing of the extent to which a project's targets are fulfilled to guarantee that the project will fit relevant quality standards; Operative Quality Management - monitoring concrete results of a project to determine whether they fit relevant quality standards and setting the ways to eliminate the sources of unacceptable outputs.
It's generally known there are 2 basic viewpoints to adopt quality in project management: Project's Processes Quality and Project's Products Quality. Not satisfying the criterions of both of the viewpoints can considerably affect the project's products, interested parties and project organization. That stresses - this is the project's top management to be responsible for quality standards meeting, while every participated lower-organization Level must be responsible for its own processes and products. Building up the Project's Processes Quality and Project's Products Qualityand keeping them up requires scientific approach.
