Abstract

These days many small organizations must balance fast changing economic and business conditions on market. For management it is necessary to realize that they need better self-knowledge, meaning of metrics in management, assets and differences of process forwardness, the same like meaning of building quality management system and retrieving various quality awards. For these fields appropriate features of selected methods and awards are exposed with reference to their usefullness particularly in small organizations.
