Abstract

The project is focused on improving the production process multilayered printed circuit boards. Specifically, the reproducible manufacture of vias with a diameter less than 0.6 mm. As part of the grant will be solved adjustment and optimization of equipment LPKF MiniContac RS, or in the event of a major re-equipment there will be a new semi-automatic device.
