Kaldi is a toolkit for speech recognition written in C++ and licensed under the Apache License v2.0. Kaldi is intended for use by speech recognition researchers. It has been developed in cooperation of several institutions: JHU (USA), BUT (Czech Republic), University of Saarbruecken (Germany), IDIAP (Switzerland) and others. KALDI inegrates advanced speech recognition technologies developed by BUT researchers within "Technologies of speech processing for efficient human-machine communication (http://www.fit.vutbr.cz/~cernocky/grants.php.en?id=526¬itle=1&format=0&short name=0)" -- a project sponsored by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic under project No. TA01011328.
