libhmm: framework pro klasifikaci dat

hmm, Viterbi, Baum Welsch, hand written text recognition, classifier

C++ implementation of Hidden Markov Model classifier. In this implementation, each state of HMM consist of single multidimensional Gaussian with diagonal covariance matrix. The framework contains Baum-Welsch algorithm for training and Viterbi algorithm for classification.
