Supplementary elections to Student Chamber of AS FIT 2024

At its meeting od 17 September 2024, the AS BUT announced a supplementary election to the AS BUT in the student district of the Faculty of Information Technology BUT. AS FIT approved the faculty elelection commission consisting of doc. Ondřej Ryšavý (chairman), dr. Aleš Smrčka, Ing. David Sedlák and Jindřich Dítě.
Supplementary elections will be held only in the district of students of bachelor's and master's degree programmes.

Organizational guidelines:

• The supplementary elections to the AS BUT will be held electronically via the Elections module in the BUT IS Intraportal (https://www.vut.cz/en/intra/elections) on 10 October 2024 from 0:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
• Candidates can be nominated until 1 October 2024. Proposals for candidates for the AS FIT BUT must be sent by registered mail or delivered in person to the Dean's Secretariat.
• The list of candidates will be published on 2 October 2024.

The proposal for a candidate must include:

• the name, surname and titles of the candidate,
• the candidate's school e-mail address,
• the year and type of study programme (bachelor's, master's),
• a statement of the candidate's agreement to the proposal,
• the date and signature of the candidate,
• the name, surname, titles, school e-mail address, date and signature of the proposer.

The two candidates with the highest number of votes according to the order listed in the election protocol become members of the AS FIT BUT. The other candidates who received at least one third of the number of valid votes cast for the last elected candidate become alternates in the order listed in the election protocol.
