Abstrakt

Innovations represent one of the key factors of success and they play a significant role in the improvement of performance of companies. Managers usually make use of unsuitable indicators for innovation activities which are not that much linked to the innovation objective. This essay outlines the obstacles that hinder innovation activities of companies and the resulting methods of overcoming these obstacles.
