Abstrakt

The third decade of this century will see transformations resulting from a number of technological, climatic, and social changes. The labour market will be entered by people born at the turn of the millennium. Being known as Generation Z, they are rather specific in many respects. With opportunities to study abroad, their language skills are at a very good level and they have no problems with the new advanced technologies. The life values and priorities of this generation will help form the future in each country.
