A Tool to Support Stakeholder Management
This paper describes a tool supporting management stakeholders. The system consists of three main blocks - the identification of stakeholders, the stakeholder analysis using the questionnaire surveys and the setting of the communication strategy. This project is implemented by the standard PMI. The resulting system was implemented as a web application in Java EE.

Tento článek popisuje nástroj podporující management zainteresovaných stran. Systém se skládá ze tří hlavních bloků - identifikace zainteresovaných stran, analýza zainteresovaných stran pomocí dotazníků a nastavení komunikační strategie. Tento projekt je realizován standardem PMI. Výsledný systém byl implementován jako webová aplikace v Java EE.
