Routh-Hurwitz stability tester

This software tests stability of linear ODE systems using the Routh-Hurwitz stability criterion. Two types of input are allowed – either a system or a polynomial (the tester assumes that the polynomial is a characteristic polynomial of a certain system). The software might be used in contexts and applications where conditions equivalent to passing the Routh-Hurwitz test are required such as the decision on stability of linear time-invariant control systems.
