Professional Internships Offers

The internship is a shorter-term paid collaboration with an industrial partner (product development or technology application team) or FIT (development project team in a grant project or contract research, research group conducting research on new technologies or experimental activities in laboratories, etc.). The ideal period of internship is June-September. The internship is suitable for gaining practical experience. The primary goal of the internship is the development of the student: gaining experience from various working environments, acquiring the soft skills of working in a team and gaining experience from solving real problems.

DevConf.cz 2025
Become a speaker at the largest event for developers, administrators, and users of Linux and open source in Central Europe - DevConf.cz 2025. The conference will take place from June 12-14 at FIT - DevConf.cz welcomes new speakers.

Do you lack experience in public speaking but are currently working on an interesting project, a bachelor's or master's thesis, or are you simply interested in open source technologies? Submit your idea and share your knowledge and interests with the open source community in the form of a 15-minute lightning talk or a 35-minute talk. Learn more about the conference, its content, and how to submit a talk proposal here. All talks, presentations, and workshops will be conducted in English.
