Abstract

The paper brings some news about development of certain part of theMAES system intended for modelling of market with electricity andancillary services in Czech Republic. The described part of MAES is nowbased on totally diferent principles - it uses game theory to model thebehavior of players. By this approach we obtain more realisticprediction of evolution of market with electrical power and ancillaryservices. The new version of market model also solve export and importof energy and remains open for implementation of other market aspectssuch as emission permits market.
