Simulationof application specific instruction-set processors (ASIP) isimportant part of development of systems on a chip (SoC). One has totake care of shared resources, communication among ASIPs of thesystem and other related things. This paper proposes a way how tosimulate these ASIPs on SoC. It is based on an architecturedescription language, which is used for a description of processorsand basic resources of the system. Then, a synchronization protocolis proposed, which is used for controlling accesses to sharedresources. Furthermore, the proposed way of simulation allows thesimulation of SoC on a cluster of computers.
