Abstract

The specific shape of ceramic vessels of the Prague type of culture is a suitable
subject formorphological analysis and subsequent comparative study. The paper
deals with the reconstruction of 3D models of ceramic vessels, data acquisition
for shape analysis and possible analytic methods that can be used to for
a comprehensive description of the diverse fundus of ceramic vessels originating
from various localities in the Czech Republic.
