Abstract

The subject of the contract is services, namely the performance of contract
research in the field of speech analysis in order to ensure the conversion of
a digital signal acquired by a microphone (or microphone field) into a sequence
of words in digital representation in character form corresponding to the
semantic meaning of the message.
