Abstract

The main goal of the project is to develop new algorithms for identification of objects based on their visual surface structure. The developed algorithms should scale well across medium and large sized sets of identified items. The developed algorithms should allow for identification when different acquisition devices (cameras), e.g. combining cameras built in smartphones and industrial cameras. New algorithms will be developed and tested on data sets to be collected and they should be prepared for usage in products of the main partner.
